February 14, 2019 – Seidner’s Collision Centers sent a group of employees to help the United Way’s effort to help fill the 2000 backpacks needed on a weekly basis to distribute throughout the Inland Empire to low income students in danger of going hungry over the weekend.

Through partnerships with local schools, businesses, and other community groups, the Kids Pack program provides homeless and very low-income school children with backpacks of nutritious food each weekend, when school meals are not available, so they can engage in school and succeed. The program provides a backpack of food to more than 2,000 homeless and very low-income children each weekend. Children who participate in Kids Pack not only have improved access to nutritious food, but they also have consistently shown improvement in their performance at school, including better grades, behavior, participation, and attendance. “We enjoy supporting the numerous programs of the Inland Empire United Way and our employees love giving back to our community. Being able to come together as a team and help support Kids Pack was a wonderful experience and I encourage any business to bring in their employees and give of your time to assist.” Stated Steve Seidner of Seidner’s Collision Centers.
