Irwindale, CA – September 19th 2015 – Seidner’s Collision Centers and Automobile Club of Southern California presented a 2013 Hyundai Accent to a local family sponsored by the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Youth Foundation.
Steve Seidner, VP of Seidner’s Collision Centers stated, “Having reliable transportation will change her life in a positive manner” and “Our Employees stepped up to help and volunteered their time and donated money to pay for her insurance for 1 year.” Steve continues “AAA has a slogan of were always with you and we wouldn’t have been able to do this without their help.”
Rick Lewis of AAA states “After reading Rebecca’s Story and hearing the bright future ahead of her, we were delighted to be a part of this.” He continues “This will assist her in her journey for years to come.”
Sheriff’s Youth Foundation Program Director Kathleen Van Antwerp stated “This is truly a night of community partnership.” Los Angeles County Sheriff Jim McDonnell stated “Like auto racing, public safety is a team sport and you see that tonight with AAA and Seidner’s Collision Centers coming together with the youth foundation to fulfill a need of transportation.” Captain Roosevelt Johnson of the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station stated “We are so proud of Rebecca coming through this program and everything she has had to do to prepare herself for school and prepare for her career.
To finish off the presentation Rick Seidner, VP of Seidner’s Collision Centers presented a $2,500 donation to the Sheriff’s Youth Foundation of LA County.
