An“Extraordinary Repair Experience™” at SEIDNER’S COLLISION CENTERS Ontario
I have had the fortunate experience to be a part of OUTSTANDING customer service at the Ontario office. Jim and Evan were both very kind and empathetic to my situation. I was rear ended about two months ago in my new van that I purchased in September and was lucky to find Seidner’s. Unfortunately, I had a personal incident on December 11 that was pretty traumatic and of course took my car back to Seidner’s because of Jim and Evan. They both make you feel like you are their only customer and their focus is on what is best for you the customer. They follow up when they say they are and are very professional and cordial. I am very glad that I found Seidner’s and will definitely refer customers to the Ontario facility. I hope that someway or somehow that both of these employees are recognized and know how much I appreciate them and how much they bring value to your organization in the work they do every day!
Jim and Evan have been so wonderful during this process including the second time around. I have not had my car since December 11 and will not have it probably until next week. However, I know my car is in good hands with Jim and Evan and I am waiting patiently which is NOT EASY for me but when you have employees like this, it is WORTH the wait.
